A place to discuss life, ITIL and other interesting topics

A new certification is always nice!
I now have received my ITIL Practitioner Release and Control (IPRC) certificate. Since I did the course a year ago I've not had the time to complete the certification and do the test. I finally found that time a couple of weeks ago and have now gotten the result.
It feels real good to get a concrete acknowledgement and the pin is really nice in demonstrating this ;-).

I'm a father of two and married with Carolina since 1996. We live south of Stockholm, the wonderful capital of Sweden.
I've been working as an IT-consultant since 1997. I began my career as a server technician and network manager but since the millenium I've worked mostly as a Project Manager. I've also had different management roles both as consultant and as an employee.
In 2004 I began focusing on IT Service Management and ITIL and have been hooked since then. I have Service Manager education and hold a Practitioners certificate (IPRC) for ITIL v2. I've followed the work with ITIL v3 for several years with great interest and now hold an ITIL Expert certification. I also have practical experience from ITIL-implementations in both smaller and larger organisations.

Funderar själv på att skaffa mig en blogg, men jag kommer nog knåpa ihop min egen!
